Staff Rules

Hello! To start off these are the Staff Rules, all Staff are expected to follow them and read them before applying for any position.

CHAT RULES
#1: Staff are not permitted to use foul language in any chat channel/forum/discord post.
#2: Staff are not permitted to use racial remarks in any chat channel/forum/discord post.
#3: Staff should always try to be respectful even when dealing with difficult members.
#4: Staff are not permitted to spam in any chat channel/forum/discord post.

IN-GAME COMMAND RULES
#1: Staff are not permitted to abuse their commands in any way, shape or form.
#2: Staff should mostly use commands when dealing with tickets or if there is an obvious bug that needs immediate fixing(And if so make a report of it on Discord to Forestlord).
#3: Staff are not permitted to use their commands to abuse a player under no circumstance.

PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

#1: Staff should always be professional when talking/handling tickets even if a member is being difficult, keep calm and solve the problem, if the player persists or doesn't understand what you are saying refer them to Forestlord on Discord for further support. - https://discord.gg/Q675AwXy4Y

#2: Staff should never on purpose be offensive or try to mess with a member to get a reaction so that they can punish the member for misbehaving(also known as baiting)
